TAMPA, Fla. (970 WFLA) - The founder of the Bay Area charity "50 Legs" is heading to Boston to help provide prosthetics to Boston bombing victims.
Steve Chamberland is from the Boston area. He is a former pro-wrestler who lost his leg in a motorcycle accident. He also provided prosthetics to two-year-old Ireland Nugent of Palm Harbor, who lost her feet in a lawnmower accident.
In the meantime, Nugent may be released from the hospital this week.
