Burger flipping robots could be coming to a restaurant near you

A company called Miso Robotics has developed a robot named Flippy that can flip burgers, make French fries and do other stuff in the kitchen -- all for a fraction of what it would cost to hire human workers.

Miso Robotics thinks they’ve got this gadget working well enough to deliver it across the country. And, they’re offering Flippys to fast-food restaurant owners for about $2,000 per month, which comes to about $3 per hour. And, of course, Flippy can work 24/7 and never misses work because of hangovers.
