Governor Ron DeSantis has assembled a task force to determine the best way to re-open the state of Florida, and the task force is taking comments/suggestions from Floridians about the plan.
The governor has been in meetings with the task force every day of the past week, and is expected to make a public statement Sunday or Monday. DeSantis says that public commentary will be an important part of the plan. As of now, the safer-at-home measures expire on May 8th, and state officials are creating a plan to get Florida back to work. The plan will likely happen in phases.
