Each week, our own Ronnie Lane will share his thoughts on the upcoming Tampa Bay Buccaneers game. This week, Lane dives into the Bucs-Bills matchup from Raymond James Stadium, which can be heard locally on WDAE 620am/95.3fm and WFUS 103.5fm, with the Auto Owners Insurance Pre-Game Show hosted by Ronnie Lane and Anthony Becht beginning at 10:30am.

We'll have a football game this afternoon at Raymond James Stadium that will feature two rookie starting quarterbacks in E.J. Manuel of the Buffalo Bills and, of course, Mike Glennon for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Mike Glennon is looking to get back in the win column for the Bucs. In his ninth start last week at Carolina I thought he took a bit of a step back; it was his first game without a touchdown pass in nine starts. Also, it was his first multiple turnover performance since his first start against Arizona in Week 4. So, look for Glennon to rebound somewhat, however, it will not be an easy task today against this Buffalo Bills' vaunted pass rush that leads the National Football League in sacks.

In other words, Demar Dotson and Donald Penn, the two tackles on the Bucs' offensive line, are going to have their hands full in helping protect Glennon from the edge rush of the Bills.

Now, one weakness the Bucs may be able to exploit today will be along the Buffalo defensive line as far as giving up runs; the Bills gave up 155 yards rushing last week to Atlanta, so look for Bobby Rainey to possibly have a big day this afternoon.

On the other hand, the Bills got their running game going again last week against the Falcons - they rushed for 195 yards with C.J. Spiller leading the way with 15 carries for 149 yards, and of course they still have Fred Jackson, so that is a potent rushing attack Buffalo will aim at Tampa Bay today.

I think the key to the game is Glennon getting the ball out of his hand quickly and his receivers getting open quickly and doing some damage downfield. Otherwise, they're going to have to run the ball to loosen up the pass game and slow down the Bills' pass rush. That's what the Bucs will be looking to do against the Bills at Ray Jay.

The way I see it - It should be a fun and entertaining game to watch. The Bucs are a bit banged up - I'm not sure they're going to be able to pull this one out with the way Buffalo can run the football and also with the way they can rush the passer. It may be too much for rookie Mike Glennon. Here's the way I see this one all unfolding this afternoon - Biuffalo 24, Tampa Bay 17.

That's it for The Bucs Lane, thanks for reading.
