Danica Patrick's split with her husband looks to be official. The NASCAR Sprint Cup rookie filed for divorce from husband Paul Hospenthal on Jan. 3 in the Superior Court Of Maricopa County (Ariz.), according to multiple reports.

The reports state that, in the filing, Patrick cited her marriage as “irretrievably broken.” The filing also states that the couple has a prenuptial agreement and that neither side will require financial support or alimony.

The pair married in 2005.
