Never have the Bucs been so happy to see Anthony Gaitor.

It looks like another Buc cornerback may be out of action, as LeQuan Lewis has a knee injury that might keep him out for a while if not the rest of the season.

Lewis was hurt late in the Bucs' loss at Denver.

Gaitor, who started the year on Injured Reserve (hammy), has been able to practice the last twe weeks and on Monday head coach Greg Schiano declared Gaitor ready to go.

In addition to being pressed into the defensive backfield with suspensions and injuries to other Bucs, Lewis had taken over as kickoff returner. Rookie Michael Smith may get his first action of the year in that role.
