The Tampa Bay Buccaneers Thursday announced that they have hired five coaches: John Garrett as wide receivers coach, John McNulty as quarterbacks coach, Tony Oden as secondary-cornerbacks coach, Robb Smith as linebackers coach and Dave Wannstedt as special teams coordinator.
Garrett is the brother of Cowboys head coach Jason and was a Dallas assistant since 2007, among his 18 years of NFL coaching. Wannestedt is the other familiar name, having coached the Chicago Bears for fve seasons and more recently University of Pittsburgh.
McNulty was Arizona's quarterbacks coach last season while Oden was with the Jaguars.
Smith was an assistant at Rutgers under Bucs head coach Greg Schiano.
