Looks like Beyonce will be rocking the Super Bowl. Sources leaked the news yesterday to the AP that the NFL was expected to announce later today that Bey will perform during the halftime show for Super Bowl XL VII, which airs on CBS February 3^rd from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans. After the leak, Beyonce decided to confirm the news on her website with a photograph, featuring Bey with black face paint under her eyes with "Feb 3" and "2013" written on it.

Blake Shelton and Christina Aguilera have recorded a song together…and it will be on Christina’s new album – Lotus due Nov 13^th…. the track is called “Just A Fool,” which is described as “very pretty and emotional.”

There are always rumors circulating about the tension between The Voice coaches, but Blake admits there’s no truth behind his rumored feud with Christina.

 He says: “Oh absolutely not. There’s a couple of things about her I really like – that I love. They uhh…her heart and lungs – I do.”

The Voice coach Cee Lo Green is also featured on the track “Make the World Move.” Lotus is due on November 13^th.

Honey Boo Boo was doing more rounds promoting her show…yesterday she was on "Access Hollywood" yesterday.  And she just stopped talking and wouldn’t answer anymore questions…cuz she was bored..

KATE GOSSELIN has been fired from her blogging gig at CouponCabin.com . . . apparently, she just wasn't cut out for it.  The site's CEO says, quote, "Kate Gosselin and her contributions do not align with the authenticity which we set out to build almost a decade ago . . . [she's] simply not a good fit."

Ratings are in: The Walking Dead was the most watched season premiere.

 A handful of big shows had their season premieres last week.  Here's how they did.

 --Season three of "The Walking Dead" premiered on AMC Sunday.  It was the most-watched season premiere last week, with 10.9 million people tuning in.

--The series premiere of "Nashville" attracted 8.9 million viewers for ABC last Wednesday.  It stars Connie Britton from "Friday Night Lights" as an aging country star, and Hayden Panettiere as a young country singer who's on her way up.

 --It went up against the series premiere of "Chicago Fire" on NBC, which pulled in 6.6 million viewers.  (--It's a new firefighter show starring Jesse Spencer from "House" and Lady Gaga's boyfriend . . . Taylor Kinney from "The Vampire Diaries".)

 --The series premiere of CW's "Arrow" attracted 4.1 million viewers.

 --The 4th season premiere of "The Vampire Diaries" on the CW grabbed 3.2 million.

 --The series premiere of the CW's "Beauty and the Beast" reboot aired Thursday and got 2.8 million viewers.

--Thursday's 8th season premiere of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" on FX got just over 1 million viewers.  (--Then about 900,000 stuck around for the 4th season premiere of "The League".)

--Last Monday's 5th season premiere of "90210" on the CW brought in just under a million viewers.  It was followed by the 6th season premiere of "Gossip Girl", which held onto 780,000 of them.

Jennifer Aniston  did her first interview the other night since announcing her engagement, where she got emotional when host (and BFF) Chelsea Handler brought up fiance Justin Theroux.

"Yes, I just got verklempt," a teary-eyed Aniston said after Chelsea asked about the engagement.

While Jen didn't say much about Theroux, she was clearly glowing as Handler said "He's the greatest guy ever and you guys make the greatest couple ever."



The two also chatted about pregnancy rumors and Jen's nipples. Yes, you read that correctly.

Kimmel is bringing his ABC late night show to Brooklyn at the end of the month, and Letterman has agreed to appear.  Other guests for the BK week include Chris Rock, Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert and Tracy Morgan. Jimmy Kimmel Live will take over the Brooklyn Academy of Music from October 28^th to November 2^nd.

American women's feet have more than DOUBLED in size in the past century.  In the early 1900s, the average woman wore a size three-and-a-half or four.  Today, that's up to an eight-and-a-half or nine.  There are two reasons.  One, we're getting taller, and our feet grow too.  And two, since we're heavier, that puts more pressure on the feet, flattens out the arches, and stretches them out.

Earlier this week, customs seized more than 1,300 children's pirate costumes from China, for containing ELEVEN times more lead than the legal limit.  The costume is a black and pink corset and skirt combo . . . and THAT'S what you get for teaching your child that a pink skirt qualifies you as a PIRATE for Halloween.
