Who Will  Be 'People" Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive?

 A website called GossipCop.com says that CHANNING TATUM will be named "People" magazine's SEXIEST MAN ALIVE for 2012.   "People" is refusing to confirm or deny this.  They make the official announcement next Wednesday.

BRADLEY COOPER was last year's choice . . . and RYAN REYNOLDS had the honor in 2010.

Miss Taylor Swift is gonna have some competition next week when Christina Aguilera realeases her new CD Lotus – that is another song called “blank page”.

We are all trying to lose weight – here is a good reminder as you diet..cut these Seven Unhealthy Things out of Your Fridge

#1.)  Mayonnaise:  four tablespoons of mayonnaise, the mayo alone has about 360 calories and 40 grams of fat.  That's as much fat as a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese

#2.)  Soda, Sugary Drinks, BEER, WINE, ALCOHOL.  There's no nutritional value in them, just calories.  So you might as well be eating CANDY.

#3.)  Lunch Meat.  All the salt can lead to high blood pressure, heart disease or a stroke.  Plus, PROCESSED meat is bad for you, which is linked to colon cancer – no Hot dogs or sausages either ‘

#4.)  Whole Milk.  two small glasses is over 1,900 calories and 100 grams of fat

#5.)  Ice Cream.  Unless it's low-fat and low-sugar, a half-cup of most kinds of ice cream is about 300 calories and 15 grams of fat.

#6.)  Salad Dressing.  No Creamy Dressing -  Two tablespoons of Thousand Island or blue cheese dressing have about 120 calories and 12 grams of fat.  Most of us use TWICE that.

#7.)  Butter.  it's full of fat.  And margarine isn't any better, because it has up to 2.5 grams of trans fats per TABLESPOON.
