Yeah...don't we all....well, check it out...there is a new diet in Europe that is working...and everyone is doing it.
It's called "The Fast Diet".
You eat whatever you want five days a week . . .PIZZA, ICE CREAM...ETC... then barely ANYTHING the other two days...they say 600 calories...that's it.
The doctors say its a safe way to fast and it puts your body into immediate fat burning mode.
Hmmm.....who's in? I have 3 weeks until I have to be in a bikini in public....yikes!!
