So...I read this earlier today and thought I would share it with you...it seems like we are all so busy these days and never have time to unwind...
well..if you don't...you're gonna die.
well....okay, extreme...but its not good for you.
Stop doing laundry, cleaning, etc when you get home from work...if you don't give yourself time to unwind, your body keeps pumping out the stress hormone cortisol. And research shows that higher levels of cortisol lead to more health issues in the long run.
So it's best to at least give yourself 20 or 30 minutes to unwind...grab a glass of wine and chill out.
I know it can be hard to find the time....but relaxing is important.
