Lindsay Lohan called TMZ yesterday to DEFEND her mom and announce that she's DONE with her dad.
She said all her dad wants to do is, quote, "gain all he can from my name." She added that she should have known better than to call her dad during that fight.

Kellogg's had to recall three million boxes of Mini-Wheats yesterday, because they were afraid some of them might have bits of metal inside. They found a faulty piece of equipment at one of their processing plants. (They say the chances of finding metal . . . or of being injured if you do . . . are very small.

The people at Pringles are debuting three new holiday flavors next month, and they all sound VILE: Pumpkin Pie Spice, Cinnamon and Sugar . . . and White Chocolate Peppermint.
--All three new flavors will hit stores next month. Pumpkin Pie Spice will only be sold at Walmart, the other two flavors will be sold everywhere.

BOBBI KRISTINA CONFIRMS ENGAGEMENT!
It’s been rumored for a while, but we finally have confirmation that Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina is engaged. The revelation is made in a trailer for the upcoming reality show The Houstons: On Our Own, which premieres October 24th on Lifetime. The clip shows Bobbi telling her family that she plans to marry her “adopted brother” Nick Gordon, who was raised by Whitney since the age of twelve.
BENNIFER – IS BACK!
Ben Affleck has moved on from his tabloid-filled time with Jennifer Lopez, but that doesn’t mean his ex-fiancée is completely out of his life. In an interview with the Hollywood Reporter, Ben says he still keeps in touch with J.Lo. “We don’t have the kind of relationship where she relies on me for advice,” said Ben. “But we do have the kind of relationship where there’ll be an email saying, ‘oh, your movie looks great.’” He adds, “I touch base. I respect her. I like her. She’s put up with some stuff that was unfair in her life and I’m really pleased to see her successful.”
MOVIES:
Argo" opens tomorrow, and Ben Affleck directs and stars in the movie. It's about a secret
"Seven Psychopaths" opens tomorrow, and it stars Colin Farrell, Christopher Walken, Sam Rockwell, former Bond girl Olga Kurylenko, singer Tom Waits, Australian minx Abbie Cornish, and Woody Harrelson. Walken and Rockwell play dognappers who scam pet owners by kidnapping their dogs and then innocently returning them to collect the reward. Unfortunately, the last dog they kidnapped belongs to a vicious gangster, played by Woody Harrelson. (--Here's a scene where some of the guys discuss how Ghandi was wrong.)
"Here Comes the Boom" also opens tomorrow, and Kevin James stars as a high school teacher attempting to save the school's music program from budget cuts . . . by moonlighting as a mixed martial arts fighter. Salma Hayek is the school nurse who patches him up after his fights, and "Happy Days" superstar Henry Winkler is the music teacher whose job is on the line. (--Here's a scene from the movie where Kevin gets his dislocated shoulder fixed by Salma.)
"Sinister" is a supernatural thriller starring Ethan Hawke as a guy who finds a box of home movies. The movies show how a bunch of other families were murdered in their own homes . . . including the house that he's now living in with HIS family. Vincent D'Onofrio from "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" plays a religious expert who helps him decipher some of the demonic symbols he finds in the films. (--Here's audio from the trailer.)
