Last night the first major sporting event was held in Boston since the Boston Marathon bombings. The Bruins played the Sabres amidst heightened security, and the fans were promised a night to remember. Surprisingly, it was not the action on the ice that was memorable. It was what the fans did during the National Anthem that made this night.
